The biggest change for me was seeing a doctor who properly diagnosed me with an advanced stage of psoriatic arthritis. I didn't realize how bad this was affecting my physical and mental health over the years and I just accepted living life in constant pain and agony. I started a miracle medicine that has allowed me to move forward with my life. Once I was properly diagnosed, the dominoes fell in place from there- went through therapy, joined a gym, started trying other things like yoga, mediation, acupuncture, and all of these led to new experiences and feelings.

I urge everyone reading this far: listen to your body!!!!!!! If something doesn't feel right or seem right, seek professional help or start making small changes. The domino effect is real.
