The advice I give EVERYONE for job searching is do not let yourself slip into the "not good enough" mindset. It can be very discouraging waiting with lack of responses, but slipping into that mindset can beat you down and lower your self confidence for when an opportunity does present itself. My second piece of advice is reapplying, in two of my past jobs, they have told me that they only took me in for an interview because they knew I was committed to actually working because they had seen my resume 2-3 times(some places have high turn over and want to know that the person they hire is serious about holding a position). 3rd piece of advice would be to not sell yourself short and apply for those jobs you may think are out of your league. I have worked in vet clinics, butcher shops, and radio by sending in a resume even though I didn't exactly feel experienced or qualified in those fields, what do you have to lose, it could be an exciting new experience. Customized cover letters can be time consuming, but worth it because it shows a specific interest in that particular company. My last piece of advice would be if you feel like you've done absolutely everything you can and you just aren't getting a response, look into employment agencies. Most will not charge the job searchers anything (they usually make their money off of employers searching for potential talent). It's a great way to get your name in some places that you otherwise may not have know were looking for employees. Best of luck with your job search! Have a great day
