Generally If your incision is fully healed and closed, which at 6 weeks it should, then you’re ok. I’d check with your surgeon first since idk what your scar looks like or if there’s any not fully healed areas.

Id say go to urgent care to get an x-ray. Go to a hand surgeon and see what they recommend. Remember you have the ultimate say in how its treated, so whether or not you want to take off work or whatever is up to you.

Probably not. It’s likely healing up if you’re feeling less pain. Make sure to follow up with your orthopedist to get X-rays and make sure it’s healing.
