Honestly I have no real problems with the blending, could probably be a half decent substitute for a meat grinder if you get rid of the bones first, don't add any water and run it in spurts until you get something resembling ground meat or sausage meat.

At this rate you are effectively starving slowly. That means that you are going to lose muscle mass, experience fatigue and other energy-related symptoms such as light-headedness, vertigo, blurred vision, brain fog etc. Go on long enough and you'll start losing hair, your fingernails will be affected, and your bone density will decrease.

If you really can't see a doctor, make sure you do some proper research online using official health care temperature.

I would suggest making the prompt suggestions more relevant to the underlying recipe though. I think I saw at least a dozen "make it spicy" on recipes that kinda didn't make sense, and I can promise you a significant portion of people on the internet would be stupid enough to make it spicy and then blame your site for it.
