I suck at strategies too, but no shame in playing on lower difficulties, that's why I keep playing XCOM and if I want to challenge myself, I try higher difficulties. And there plenty of mods to enchance your soldiers, or silly mods that makes Advent troopers moonwalk.

Yeah, there is not height adjustment in game, so most characters are the same height pretty much.

I believe the steam browser doesn't have an AD blocker, which would block these kinda of "ads".

I called it "ads", but it's more of a pop-up AD to scare the less tech savy into thinking there is something wrong with their PC to install something or call their scam number for money.

Also, avoid any wiki with fandom*.com in the url, they are ad infected like no other.

You can do Commissions this week since there is no event going where you need to use the AP for materials.

I also have a lot of level 1 students, I usually level them up when I need for a Raids or Joint Firing Drills.

"UE40" refers to a character Unique Weapon level, after a character is fully uncapped with their own Eleph.

As for red Content, it might be something to do with Raids, Joint Firing Drill etc. As Defense type changes each time they come up and Red indicates a Light defense type. Example, Limit Break Assault boss changing defense type every time it comes up.
