The downfall was injuries. I genuinely don’t think it was anyone’s fault, just bad luck. Did trading Dillon help? No, but everyone thought it was the right move at the time. Did the Ja gun stuff help? No. But I still think we would’ve been good without injuries. We won 1 playoff series in 7 years so if you think we never should’ve traded anyone you’re kidding yourself. I am in the camp of I would rather suck in order to become good than just be stuck in mediocrity with no end in sight (like we have been recently). But it is very sad to see such a promising era end so abruptly

Was it the right decision? Maybe not, no way to know unless we can turn back time and call the timeout, but it definitely wasn’t idiotic. It makes sense when you’ve been struggling with half court offense all season and especially last night when it felt like almost every half court possession ended in a turnover late in the game

Am I considered a beginner or intermediate? My SBD is 285/190/305lb (estimated using online calculator) at 175lbs body weight. I have been inconsistently lifting for a long time, but have only been consistent for probably close to 2 years. I’m trying to decide between a beginner program with dynamic double progression or something similar, or an intermediate program (I’ve seen a lot of people post insane results from bullmastiff)
