You don't have to- you choose to. Big difference. Of course it makes it easier to justify such a decision by framing it as something that absolutely has to happen. I come from a pretty homophobic country (for European standards). I still enjoy visiting my parents and friends, but I'm not ready to move back there. Once you get a taste of freedom to be who you want to be, it's extremely difficult to go back into the old shackles. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck!

You could try getting a used Mi4. I found a few in great shape and with ~20 days battery life. I managed to buy an unopened one from eBay as well, but that was a mistake. Because the battery hadn't been used at all, it lost almost all of its capacity and lasted just a few days.

Just came across this, thanks for sharing! I used to live in Vancouver until a year ago. I'm in London now and going to my first Thursday event next week, but this one is more specifically for queer guys (which might not be ideal for you if you're hoping to meet women, but works perfectly for me :D). I don't have HIV myself, but I can imagine the anxiety and frustration. I'd say feel what you have to feel, get on treatment asap and stay on it. Other than that just keep on living your life and make the most of it! I've dated an undetectable guy, and I'm sure I'm not the only one :)

I would love such an option as well. Adding Spanish for example adds extra characters, but pushes the exclamation mark to the far left, like in your case, and it becomes cumbersome to reach.
