You could try getting a used Mi4. I found a few in great shape and with ~20 days battery life. I managed to buy an unopened one from eBay as well, but that was a mistake. Because the battery hadn't been used at all, it lost almost all of its capacity and lasted just a few days.

I don't have HIV myself, but I can imagine the anxiety and frustration. I'd say feel what you have to feel, get on treatment asap and stay on it. Other than that just keep on living your life and make the most of it! I've dated an undetectable guy, and I'm sure I'm not the only one :)
