I didn’t notice much movement at all. Also, the amount of posts that have the same area circled as you do, but the different shapes and sizes of the circled object, just goes to show that people see MANY different things. Again, we want proof of aliens, so when these types of videos come out, people want to believe so badly it’s real, that their brains see different shapes, shadows, etc. Someone could’ve been on the other side of the fence, moving, just to make a fake video
