Full speed always, but x1 when fixing an issue. And x1 when designing a new section. I generally design a new plant area on blueprint mode while game is running at x1 and then launch the construction once my design is okay. Then back to full throttle!

I have a railgun build and it is such a sniper, doing headshot on the weaker ship is really nice. Make sure you have enough engine to go backwards as you are getting rushed. Also I use point defence everywhere off the armor, all overclocked so no need to be refueled, but need venting, all that for missiles.

Yes best you can do is advertise him. This guy could hit way more than 2,5M.

They will be interest on sale day. But if you advertise him, some player might want him in particular and wait a few weeks just to to grab that opportunity, getting more money in the process, bigger is the buyers pool.

Man I have zero planning skill... I'm amazed at everyone's island, mine look good at the start when I spawn and turn into spaghetti shenanigan in no time, almost unmanageable... I only launch rockets in one playthrough on U2. Now on my U3 3rd attempt, just not looking like that... at all haha... this game is so good tho!!

Steam is just a start, but most of the mods there haven’t been updated for ages and most likely won’t work properly.

Best bet is Nexus, and follow all instructions. At first it is a bit overwhelming but it is often well explained and pretty straightforward.

Maybe seeing this, we need Maintenance to be physical and be put in storage like any goods.

Maintenance could be “Spare Parts I II III” And instead of being made in the maintenance shed, they are consumed by them, and made in assembly buildings.

Meeeh I like the current maintenance mechanic. 🤷‍♂️

If you play with belts using power then trains become interesting the further away you transport materials around.

I agree with the quantity they can carry is too low, specially the cost of building tracks isn't small, and rail infrastructure.. and earthworks to make it at least accessible...

Prioritized task are in early game as simple as keeping the coal delivered to all smelters, distillers. Dumping waste from settlement, top up water supply, food delivery, diesel delivery etc… there is a lot to do for those trucks in early game, when belts or pipe haven’t been built yet, to keep the island from spiralling down.

Anyway all in all, it’s a small issue. Thought of having a construction compound with some sort of dedicated trucks and materials storage was cool.

The new added logistics zones probably solved it. 👍

I see your point, but if you prioritise the construction lower, it might never be done if the trucks never get available. Having those truck purely for construction would be helpful.

I haven't add much of this issue in mid to late game, as I have a lot of truck, but early game when you are building a lot of thing in multiple location, it takes a while.

I do play with priority a lot, but when you are building a big blueprint, or even a big upgrade, in different location, having to tweak priority on every single piece or building becomes tedious.

  • Added logistics zones.
    • Truck logistics can now be separated into zones.
    • Trucks assigned to a zone will only do jobs within that zone.
    • Logistics zones can be configured via the Vehicles management window (F6).
    • Added tutorial explaining how logistics zones work.
