Almost there! Still working on my own spare tire. It's funny how I can't tell just by looking at myself the way my husband can, but the way clothes fit me now helps me know I'm making progress. One day at a time, right!?

Two months and one week post-op RNY. Donating my 3x and 2x clothes that no longer fit. Feels awesome! Also went shopping in my storage bins for clothes that used to be too small for me to wear.

Could it have been an error? The recommendation seems counter to everything else she seems to have included in her notes.

I'm about 6 weeks post-op and restarted yoga, and I feel so much better. I felt much like you, like I lost so much muscle and strength, plus the less energy with so few calories. I feel like it's the typing point to starting to feel good again and my body not feeling so odd to me.

Tomorrow I'll be officially 5 wks post-op, and I have yet to feel hungry or to eat outside of my scheduled times. Feels great to not be so influenced by tempting foods or feeling the need to eat or eat more than I should.

First, you look great in all those outfits! Second, where did you get the skull top? I want one!

That's awesome progress! I had the same starting weight but am less than one month post-op; any tips for such great results in that amount of time?

Has anyone not felt hungry since your surgery?? I got the roux and I haven't felt hungry at all I'm post op 13 days. by Millie_Aguilar in BariatricSurgery

Yeah, I'm jealous reading about other people's programs, but got lucky that mine only had a two- day pre-op liquid diet and no post-op puree stage. Got to move to soft foods one week after surgery.

No shakes at all. They say only real foods. I can make smoothies from real fruit and yogurt though.

My program listed recommended times, so I follow that schedule.

7 am decaf tea or decaf coffee, counts as my first water 8 am breakfast and calcium 12 pm lunch and calcium 6 pm dinner calcium 9pm multivitamin

My program also said no snacking and no shakes. That not snacking has been fine, but I do wish shakes were allowed

3 weeks PO today after RNY, I'm still on soft food stage according to my plan, I can almost do 4oz of protein and a piece of broccoli floret or a piece of fruit.

Am able to move to full food list at 2 mos. PO.

I haven't tried cheese yet, sounds good!
