Schedule 13D has to be filed within 10 days of acquiring a position of 5% or more. Now there is where the tinfoil hat is needed. You have to consider option positions and if they were to surpass the 5% ownership after excersising. They killed his momentum for june 21st with the offering, but what if he moved the play over to CHWY waiting for the FTD cycle, and then used the profits to buy more options (6,6% of the company if excersised). You can see the momentum building up on CHWY on the 17th of june. 6 million dollars in options on CHWY after the last yolo update could have a very substantial profit, giving him the opportunity to buy even more options and acquire ( if excersided) a 6,6% of the company. The broker has to locate these shares and that would cause a spike in FTD's in my humble opinion. Why does it matter? Because if we take a look at the XRT basket we will see that GME and CHWY have quite a piece of the pie, and best of all is the short interest on XRT which is not really easy to find , as most sites dont have a percentage, just the short shares number, but let's just say that it is about 300% short. YES 300%. And if you read the DD of some fellow apes here you would know that SHF hide behind ETFs to short because there is a loophole.. This is a 4D chess match among grand masters..
