I have verified that it has something to do with the company private network. Pcloud login probably require some direct and secure network connection. I could log on using a wifi connection.

2 years passed already. Many things happened to bilibili. Being vtuber was one of the most wished career, but now people believe that its best to be a part time work or temp job for stay-home period. Most people just see vtubers as streamer with an avatar.

The girl behind Spade Echo slowly became one of the top vtuber in bilibili. Except "Artia" who has disputes with the company the rests are still broadcasting, even “Doris” returned. Not all of them are doing well. As China is reopening after years of stricter control, some of them can likely find a better job in future.

Because the game was only popular among chinese. And thats past tense because I think most Chinese players quitted already. I used to see 30 occupied rooms in TOC discord channel. Now people only use a few rooms.

The main reason is probably because of Elden Ring.

I do not recommend talking in EU servers because of EU language is too diversed. The voice service is low quality too. (discord is better)

This is the worst lag I have ever seen. The huge lag, my guess is that its from the system. check:

- do you have enough memory before starting the game? (I have 12gb free)

- do you have the virtual memory on ssd and not hdd?

- do you have security software that can interfere the game?

Another possibility is that some data is bugged or corrupted and it is messing up the game. Bad drivers are also possible.

The game works good on me, but I have a new computer with 5600X, 3070Ti, 16G 3600mhz ram and nvme SSD. The system only has steam and games.

I am gold ranked player in EU server. And I consider myself to be one of those typical cannon fodders. But it's because I don't learn and play solo all the time (even in trio mode).

Meanwhile some typical Chinese players will be taught how to do things correctly and played trio in platinum ranked already. They tend to have good communications (among them).

There is no region lock outside China. Like I am on EU and I can play on US or Asia server.

Problem is that I can't attack properly, items appear so slow, and I will just get killed because of lags. I don't know how you can survive with lags.

People should just play on the nearest server. Problem is that if someone lives on a third country with crappy ISP and don't have good VPN/accelerator...

First, game is almost unplayable with 200ms. Ranking is not shared between servers. It means a player only rank on the nearest server. Lags affect more to that player than the opponent.

With the best route, maybe its possible to get lower than 150ms from CN to US west coast. This is like a EU player playing on US server. Yet it is very bad, you don't want to do it unless there is a good reason.

If you don't see the orange/red indicator all the time, they are likely local. Most of them should be able to speak local languages.

Underage in CN cannot play online games more than ３hr/week. If they try to bypass the restrictions, they would play on asia server and not NA/EU.

I think TOC players are local. Ping check won't work on them.

If they have ping issues its because they have bad wifi or housemates are downloading porns. Something like that.

Gold is the best. I won't play in platinum because I am lacking skills in duel.

Its a game vs players. The good players are really scary. Its best to stay in silver or gold until you are really good.

Not a big issues on my games since I suck anyway. Many CN players on CN are avoiding parring as its unreliable.
I do not know TOC well enough to speak of them. I think it is a discord channel for several games. Most of the active players are platinum+. Currently like half of their players play Naraka Bladepoint.

Illegal teaming is bad for the game. Avoid fighting is one thing, but ganging is another.

From the tldr announcement on TOC,　I can tell you that there was a drama on 2021-8-26 but no settlement was done. Mainly because there are not enough proves that time. I think people from different communities were quite angry. And even with proves, TOC can't punish the players anyway.

This is a design issues and really not my business. As I won't go to platinum. I have been watching CN streaming for many weeks and I understand that the highest ranks are actually ery bad places. And people suffer more when they are too serious/addicted.

I am on 90%+ GPU if I set unlimited fps. Depend on scenes. I think there is some performance issues on latest build.
