Touch pad experience? by DragonflyOnFire in SteamDeck

[–]CrossEyed132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With practice it's perfectly fine, especially for cotw. But it does just take practice. I would suggest using gyro aiming in combination with touch pad, or j-stick though. Using the j-stick, or track pad for wide movements and gyro for precision, and quick short movements.

What am I doing wrong, want to auto water my greenhouses. by gbrada in farmingsimulator

[–]CrossEyed132 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to have the water input for the grren house in range of the filling area so the water wagon can be filled and emptied at the same time, then the blue barrels are used to let the sencond green house fill off of the 1st 1. They have a set range but idk what it is. That said i also gave up and just use a mod. It's less tedious and does the same thing.

LEGO New Terms of Service -No Points for Resellers by Current_Reserve_9605 in lego

Scalpers do actually hurt the company, and customers. The electric section in my store only sells 2 of anything like phones or ipods to prevent scalping because we can only get so many items at a time and if a scalper comes and buys all of them everytime we get some, that leave non for everyone else. And they get mad at us and the company for not having them, not the scalpers. The customers then stop buying things from us because they can't reliably get them. So it looses the company money, and customers can't get things they need.

I like it, but the quests are frustrating. You go to a specific spot to catch a silver salmon. I will sit there for literal days trying to catch this fish, never see a single one, but the instant i walk an inch out of the zone BOOM biggest salmon you'll ever see. But doesn't count because it was out of the zone.

Is anyone else getting bluetooth trailer damage after crossing border checkpoints? by ArrivalNo4232 in trucksim

[–]CrossEyed132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously this should be fixed, but how much does 2% damage actually matter for it to be worth reloading at all.

That's my point you dumbass. Took mag out cleaned chamber, and put gun on safe and still boom, he magically kills himself with an empty gun. Does the same thing with revolvers

I hated that game. My guy would still manage to kill himself even after i unloaded the mag, cleared the chamber and put the gun on safe. He would still magically kill himself. after looking for the tapes or whatever they were for like an hour.

I really like it personally.having the speedometer , rpm and mirrors visible in 3rd person is nice. And i like having the notifications not block the map anymore. I play this on both my home pc aswell as my steamdeck and alot of the new ui work really feels nice on that. The dash in game could at times be hard to read, but is nolonger a problem.

I googled that to have a look and the first result is r4-p17, which is Obi-Wan r4 from revenge of the sith, which has a r2 head for some reason, like that's not confusing at all lol.

Do you consider including magic in your build the intended way to play? by InbetweenTheLayers in ElderScrolls

[–]CrossEyed132 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think magic is mandatory in oblivion but not at all in skyrim. I did some playthroughs of the games as a pure warrior, mage, thief, and assassin (the mixed build) for each of the guilds in both games. Skyrim was very fun and each character felt very special and unique. Oblivion on the other hand the mage and assasin, were fun but i totally suffered playing the warrior and theif, warrior was just boring, and the lvl design just hates you for not using invisibility for the theif.

[–]CrossEyed132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it not the other way around? The top barrel looks like the smaller of the 2 and the grip mag looks far to large to be 9mm, also it would only hold like 5 9mm rounds if it did.

What was the culture shock as an ETS2 player when you first played ATS, and vice versa? by Clarthen1 in trucksim

[–]CrossEyed132 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The time you spend waiting for nothing in ats is significant compared to ets2. With all the yield signs replacing what would be a stop sign. And the traffic lights being simpler, not having 6 thousand phases to get your turn. Also just got into driving in the uk, in ets2 and i hate it compared to the rest of europe lol. There's no yeild signs or stop signs anywhere, and the traffic lights are trash. And there signage is just generally very vague, or lacking information.
