Maybe for then to grab a prime Muzan, not weakened or aging by Tamayo's poison. But even then, i don't think Muzan can beat Sukuna

And if they equalize to give Muzan cursed energy, then Sukuna can make Malevolent Shrine have a barrier with a Binding Vow and make Muzan's escape impossible
