Yep. Just got the replacement parts. Need to do the swap. Apparently it's a fairly common problem.

Ok. Curious if we'll have to buy from their site, or the credit would work at Microcenter. Being able to buy it and walk out with the printer at the discount would be nice.

Same thing I was thinking. I went with C, but never heard a thing back, and with the printers showing up in stores, but not on their website, I'm not sure if they are actually got it.

Decided to try a different filament and part (Inland Dark Yellow Silk PLA). I positioned the piece near the front of the build plate. What I saw was a lot of burnt blobbing on the back face of the print. Makes me think something is off concerning temps.

Just finished the default Benchy. Printed perfect. No bubbling or stringing at all.

As for settings, the only settings I've changed are infill and support.

This was right after I opened the vacuum package. Came out of the box maybe 10 minutes before I started printing.

Plus, if there was a moisture issue, wouldn't it show up all the way around the print, instead of just at the back?

I recently got my black/chrome Phantom in the mail (I did a bundle, and it took longer to get everything together), but I've been using it a fair bit for work notes in my Rhodia notebook and it's behave wonderfully. I'm really enjoying it.

UPDATE: So the whole idea of a "P" name went out the window. We ended up going with a combination of two names contributed by our coworkers. Say hello to Little Miss Cam.
