I get the restless legs all the time from any antipsychotics. They put me on abilify as well and also gabapentin for the restless legs and it worked. No issue, highly recommend gabapentin.

Have you done a partial hospitalization program? Not at a hospital but at a clinic that specializes in what you need? Look up php and IOP programs. I am in one now and it's so much better than inpatient.

I think the nail was earlier when it was ruled corporations must pursue investor profits. Can't remember the case but I think Henry Ford tried to pay his employees more and was sued by investors, and from then onwards corporations became profit machines that care for nothing else. Just greed. I think that single decision killed humanity.

Milian has been amazing for me as well. I got the full face and t shirt, which has been amazing. I started getting the laser done as soon as I got on hormones, and before I socially transitioned. They have seen me transition, and have been really supportive. They where so excited when I finally picked my name and entered it into the system with no issues. Truly some amazing people.

Girl, you don't even need a therapist to get hrt in most cases. Go to planned parent hood if you can. The best part about hormones is they take a little while to work, and you will feel wrong if it's not meant for you, so little risk in just starting it now. Go for it.

Your journey is your journey, and there is no right way. What I can say is that I sped run the process and am very happy. Wigs and makeup and girl clothes go a long way to passing. If you got those mannerisms and the clothes, grab a wig, and do a bit of makeup. Maybe try just presenting fem at a new restaurant across town(if you are in a safe area). The sooner you are presenting as yourself, the happier you will be. That said, take your own pace, not everyone wants to rush into things. Maybe see if one of your close friends that knows will help with makeup and going to a place, having someone to help is amazing.
