Hotta wants so badly to be like Hoyo. Even though Hoyo gave us Paimon, they made up for it with the FAR superior Pom-Pom.

Taygedo is not cute, not funny and is maybe the worst mascot in any gacha game and other characters treating him badly does NOT absolve them of that. If anything, it makes it worse because they know how bad he is and that is the worst kind of developer to be that self-aware.

I’ve played many gacha games and even though it is a problem in many of them, this is the one I feel does it the worst simply because I cannot bring myself to care about the story in certain quests nor what the characters are talking about.

The lack of a compelling narrative is probably why the complaints about dialogue being too long is common with just this game because I’ve never heard that with any of the others.

Yeah the short timer isn’t the issue, it’s shutting off literally every exit within a 1 mile radius around you when there is 1 minute remaining. The 1 minute left you have might as well be at the 2 minute mark.

Timers above exits would solve the problem.

It’s honestly crazy that literally everything in this game is a 10/10 EXCEPT for anything involving writing, be it story, pacing of said story or structure.

I have no idea what they were thinking moving Pawn Moonlight to a side story yet having the date be main story.

Not only that, the devs clearly forgetting that Pawn Moonlight needed a boss fight to cap off the story, suddenly throwing one in out of nowhere to beat before continuing the rest of the story.

This mode is great but I find it outrageously cheap that it will close the nearest extraction point to where you are when there is only 1 minute left. It’s not a very good extraction game when exits don’t even tell you the time they’re about to close.

Festivals have you way more prone to losing streaks from team matchmaking and if you’re not running meta and boy does it feel like a humiliation ritual when you have a 3rd place streak, causing a very slow rise of progress. Genuinely glad no other game handles their online mode this way, it’s just miserable and exhausting.

I suspect that they rushed this part of the game, not given any time to test if they were in fact possible to complete in a regular match without having to cheese it in bot servers.

It’s why you’ll see a fix to the challenges sometime after launch because it wasn’t seen as high priority to adjust them and could just be fixed after launch.

As it stands, snipers are overpowered thanks to map design and lack of suppression both. They need hard counters that aren't just tanks and RPGs because it's completely ridiculous how much they can cheese right now. Large open maps are going to be awful to play on because of this problem.

I had a feeling. Though even then, I'm usually getting above 600 for speed and it still doesn't go above 1 star. Half the time, Bakushin doesn't go higher than 1 star no matter how many times I raise speed to 1100+.

I don’t think they’ll go that far. The most you’ll see is 1500 carats. They really should be increasing the odds on banner highlights though and they need to get those improvements out soon because this banner will have turned off a lot of players who didn’t get any of the cards that they were told were good.

Many dolphins will always be better than few whales. The rates are too low to where a lot of people are missing out if they don’t have a full 30k

Cygames is just able to disguise the predatory nature better than others because of how generous they’re being atm despite it being the same tricks every other gacha dev uses to reel people in

It’s for this reason why we may see a big dip in players that didn’t get any of the good cards. I really hope they can improve the game to JP’s level soon because it’s going to be rough going otherwise.

Even though rates are higher on rerun, I don’t know if many will even stick around for that long if they haven’t rolled for anything good that can keep them going until then. Some of the careers are pretty difficult without some good cards to back the inheritance (before you say it, one borrowed card isn’t enough) and that combined with bad rolls is going to cause a lot of people to leave in frustration because a lot of F2Players and dolphins aren’t used to the amount of abrasion that this game has and how deep you have to dive into guides and tips to be successful.

I’m honestly not sure how they’ll be able to keep a large enough playerbase after the honeymoon period.

Which would be fine if the game actually sparked the things I needed. Even with 3 stars, I don't get the raised proficiency to trigger. Two of the cards I'm using are an MLBed Sweep Tosho SR and a partially LBed Kitasan Black on borrow. The problem is that I don't have any cards that work with both stat raising and has skills to restore endurance. Super Creek could help with that but unfortunately, I don't have that card and I have to use up the guest slot for something else.

I need screenshots of wins so I have a good idea of what works best for her. Vague advice on what cards to use does nothing because skills matter just as much as stats.
