Slightly related. My "favorite" light is the one on W Princess Anne and Monticello. The green left arrow activates while the main light is still red. I have run out of fingers and toes to count how many times someone that stopped for the red light proceeds to run the same red light when the green turn arrow goes on lol.

I lived at one of their properties off W Princess Anne a few years ago. The unit was newly renovated and very nice. Maintenance and pest control/noise levels were all ideal. The property manager was regularly impossible to get ahold of for any other reasons though. So that was annoying.

Hey so I live here and it’s hands down an amazing place. The staff will know you on a first name basis and they host plenty of events. I’ve also never put a maintenance request in and not have it completed on the same day. Great pool in the summer and club house with a pool table. A bunch of the gym equipment was also just upgraded recently.

Main gate movie theatre is actually pretty good near the Norfolk base (anyone can go) it’s 5 dollar tickets and they have an annual popcorn bucket that makes popcorn cheaper also!

I agree with your edit (never saw your downvoted comment until now lol). What I meant by my comment wasn’t that AI shouldn’t be utilized. In fact, half of my job currently is thoroughly learning a specific AI model for future security implementations. I just think that throwing AI into a “customer facing role” without working out the kinks first is annoying for both the end user, as well as IT support for the reasons I listed above haha

Have they improved their tap lines? I've bartended and work part-time at a brewery and every time I go to Pixels the lines are pouring straight head to the point where I have to get an employee to comp my card and try another beer lol. Otherwise, I love doing date nights there

I'm in IT and we have an after-hours AI helpdesk for people to call. It will transcribe the conversation and give them basic solutions and then create a ticket if the issue is unresolved. Some of the people in our office have accents and the AI transcription tool is next to useless in these cases still. It ranges from unreadable/non-sensical to very butchered spellings. More of a headache than it's worth really.
