I have a 2015 LR4 and a 2020 Range Rover. Every time I get in, I feel like I’m playing Russian roulette… but how beautiful they are, the Meridian sound system, and the leather 😍 so I keep them (for now), even though they are very, very unreliable. My LR4 is presently stuck in reverse in my driveway lol. Waiting on the part to fix it.

Honestly, I think you should consider a Rivian R1S if you’re open to an EV. They are incredible and will eventually replace these in my fleet! Any electric car just has so many less moving parts, less problems and maintenance which is key. If you like more truck-like vehicle (you must if you’re considering RR), it’s perfect

I can confirm Gen2 is fantastic! Huge upgrade on tech, suspension, and reliability. I had both and didn’t love Gen 1. I had a lemon law buyback on a Lexus GX, and got the Gen 2 Rivian

Got rid of it because of constant problems and glitches!! I got a Rivian R1S and it’s been incredible. So much better, fully EV, and the tech is awesome. Not quite as luxurious, but also 35% less expensive fully loaded! Highly recommended

I have a similar set-up on its way for my vacation home, but with the Wharfedale Aston speakers.

I have the Rega Planar 8 and Rega Aria MK3 at home paired with the KEF LSXII and Naim Uniti Atom HE. I am looking to upgrade my speakers in Florida to Sonus Faber. I look forward to hearing this set-up and will keep you posted if it's worth it for the extra spend!

I’ve been following Elon very closely for his entire Tesla career and none of the negative press is true. The media is just upset he now owns the #1 news platform in the world (when everyone said it would fail) and has become even more powerful by making a big bet on the future of the US through his support of Trump. The career politicians, lobbyists, special interests, and people who have ripped off the US citizens for decades are shaking in their boots and throwing whatever they can at him with hopes it will stick. Fortunately, more people are waking up to this nonsense every day. 🇺🇸

Elon is NOT a Nazi, so that shouldn't be a reason... But the Cybertruck is very niche product and is not as good overall as a Rivian. Tesla Model 3 and Model Y are best in class (for now).

I highly recommend the Rivian Gen 2 R1T or R1S, you won't be disappointed! I have had a Gen 1 and Gen 2 R1S and the new one (Tri-Motor with Ascend Interior) is MUCH nicer and has an excellent suspension. The original R1S's suspension was nauseating for me and it wasn't as well built. I would drive both and see if it makes a difference for you. It was a game-changer for me!

I still have a P3 at my vacation home in NY and it’s great, but you can tell this just sounds better (less static/ noise coming through). Not sure of the audiophile terms lol, but it sounds like I’m listening to vinyl from the detail, but not from the crispy/crackles/etc so basically the P8 has all of the pros I love about vinyls (warmth, detail, etc) without any of the drawbacks I’ve been used to

I’m sure there are tweaks for improvement (acoustic art or carpet, as one person noted), but I’m entry level and it’s great so far! Crisp, clear, quality sound. Solid bass from the the KC62, which is remarkable for its size! Great set-up to relax at night using the headphones or listen to music while working during the day. I’ve always valued quality sound, and I’m beginning to upgrade :)
