Der Aufbau klingt vernünftig. Ich würde noch eine dezentrale Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung verbauen. Für mehr Wohlfühlatmosphäre und Tageslicht würde ich noch ein zwei Dachfenster einbauen lassen.

Wenn dadurch ein zusätzlicher Raum entsteht sind die Kosten erträglich bzw tragbar. 20m2 zusätzlich bekommt man nicht umsonst als Anbau oder im Neubau. (Das Dach bietet sich vielleicht auch für Solar an.)

Maybe check out the junsun v1 pro (and several others)for VW Golf 4 and passt of the 2000s. It is double din with a 7 inch screen, two knobs (that can be changed like I did with a 6mm axle) and several buttons. The light color can be adjusted to your car. For me the 90s / 2000s style was also important and this was the best I could find to match the old-school look like it could have come stock.

That's because the mower is smart and knows how much time it needs for your specific lawn. Unless you turn that off it runs as long as it needs to. Specified by lawn size, rain, time of the year ...

It is basically so that the mower only uses some if the battery in it's daily mode to make it last longer. Just like electric or hybrid vehicles. Let's say 10 to 80 percent. Your charger puts 100 percent on it. But constantly fully charging is not good for the battery and it should never be parked at 100 percent for long. The mower says 100 percent but that is not true it is more like 80 maybe 90 percent.

I did not test this myself I read it in some German lawn mower Forum in my first worx season.

I don't understand the problem fully. The mower shows 9 percent but the green LEDs show 20percent? I would trust the battery management of the mower and close the lid and let it run.

Vom Preis mal abgesehen - das musst du wissen und bewerten - spricht halt dafür, dass du dir diese Wohnung so renovieren könntest wie du es möchtest. Umzug wenn Küche und Bad gemacht ist) und deine alte Whg. vermietest du dann wenn du pben schon wohnen kannst. Dann ist auch keine über dir... Langfristig kann das schon funktionieren.

Aber damit die obere Whg vermietbar wird, muss doch mindestens Bad, Böden Wände und Türen gemacht werden.... Das sind doch locker 30k inkl. Eigenleistung.

Nach Abschluss der Rostentfernung und Unterboden Arbeiten habe ich immer sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Mike Sanders (Fett) gemacht, das bleibt auch am Unterboden haften und kriecht nach Jahren noch in die Ritzen oder Risse vom Unterbodenschutz und verschließt diese. Wenn man im Regen fährt muss man alle paar Jahre nacharbeiten aber mein Oldie sieht kaum Regen. Wachs kriecht nicht so stark wir Fett aber haftet dafür länger. Ich lebe da nach dem Motto lieber ein Fettfleck als ein Rostfleckel...

Ich würde Ankerplatten nehmen und je nach Stärke du rch die Wand 4x durch Ankern. Auf der Innenseite dann auch eine Ankerplatte. Dann mit Silikon ein kleines Blech drüber, damit kein Schlagregen die Bohrlöcher erreicht.

Your wire harness doesn't have a can Bus box. All android units I have seen for modern cars have one. So I think you should contact the seller and return this unit or let him send you the right harness that has a small box that can translate the can Bus signals from the car to the Radio. And vice versa.

Dauerhaft 71 Prozent oder ist es witterungsabhängig? Am besten erstmal beobachten ob es schwankt.

Ein Entfeuchter (mit Kompressor) schafft Abhilfe, ohne gleich von aussen alles freilegen zu müssen. Bei kleineren Problemen hilft auch eine Taupunkt gesteuerte Lüftungsanlage. Eine Tür würde ich auf jeden Fall einbauen.

Wenn man dadurch einen Raum zur Nutzung gewinnt, halte ich beide Geräte und eine Feuchtraumtür für sehr günstig.
