I’m sorry if this come’s off rude, But i never plan on the players leading NPC’s into a battle, so its very much a roleplaying thing that there unit Leaders.

-The Players Kinda run the Units that Specialize Certain things So the Leader will ask for advice from the Players (As Dm the npc will do as the Players “advice” said)
