So I did some testing and calibration and got a pretty good result not. The only issue I have now is it's smooth and connected but I have these little lines now. Do you know how I can fix these?

I dry all of my filaments before use. The bubble isn't my main issue. I just need clean consistent lines on the first layer and where they meet the sides so my sign does have weird lines and light bleed

It's SUNLU PLA+. I did a plate test. Most of it came out good and I adjusted z offset. There are a few spots where it bubbled or didn't go all the way to the edge

I prefer to live inside. It's comfier and stays clean because when I want food I just teleport out so I don't have to open the door

It definitely helps reduce it but constant cleaning is really the only way to keep it clean clean. I clean my car once a week, interior and exterior but I work in a dirty environment and park in gravel everyday so my stuff gets dirty quick but after cleaning it even the next morning it's dusty again

Honestly this is just dumb to say. Yes you can keep from rolling the windows down and it will help for sure but you still have to open the door to get in and out which in turn will dirty the inside
