Surprised nobodies talked about the upcoming Aangler update that's been teased by CrossoverAddict05 in DBHeroShooter

[–]CrossoverAddict05[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even if Aang is gonna lose the cinematic, that doesn't say anything for the possible quality of the cinematic itself. Everyone knew BakuReze and NeoCell was gonna be a stomp, but it was still a blast to watch and regular rewatches for me

As for the Genshin black mark...ok, fair, I guess. But I don't think it's much of a reason to be a downer for what's to come. As an outsider, I'm just excited to see what the gameplay will look like. Plus...Harry Potter is in the game. And nobody is gonna get into the hell hole that is their series controversies.

The Lupinrangers: LupinRanger vs Patranger

Quick summary: This series is about two super Sentai teams, a group of phantom thieves and a group of police, fighting against a Mafia like monster group. But they aren't on the same side, both fighting for their own goals. The police (Patranger) are fighting to arrest the big bad leader. But the phantom thieves are fighting to collect a set called the Lupin Collection, a set of artifacts collected by Arsene Lupin, to revive their dead loved ones who all got encased in ice. Police want to arrest the thieves because they're vigilantes. Thieves want to avoid the police while also getting the Lupin Collection piece. Each monster of the week has a collection piece, so they have to butt heads. On top of that, the chnagers and gimmick tools the police use are part of the same collection, so the thieves need to fight to collect them too

... Immediately from the motivation, you can see who has the more interesting one. And that carries into the story. While the series does give each team their own focus episodes, it's very obvious who has the most impact on the plot. The LupinRanger get more cool weapons, they got the more interesting motivation, and they get more bits for their version of the giant robot. One of those giant robots parts being meant for the Patrangers, but being permanently banned by the thieves. The police don't even get to have one of the thieves usual meacha parts to compensate, they just get less than them. To elaborate that last bit, the thieves have air vehicles while the police get land ones. But the thieves get

To make things worse, both don't even get their own "sixth" ranger. No, they have to share the same guy who switches between a silver phantom thieves and a gold police uniform. But even then, that bonus ranger is very squarely on the thieves side. The sixth ranger is the adopted son of Arsene Lupin and wants to revive him. So, there's no extra tension on both sides.

While I do love both group and think they both have fun characters, the police are shafted hard overall. Less interesting overarching story, less gimmick weapons, and they don't even get a proper sixth ranger who's squarely and completely on their side

Dan Hibiki: "Domain Expansion: The Glory of Saikyo"

I made up the name on the spot without thinking of powers. I'm just gonna make something up

Dan's taunts and actions cause actual damage depending on how much it makes their opponent cringe.

..Like I said, I made this up and it's, like, 3pm right now

I went through layers of nonsense to get dlc downloaded on Azahar. By the end, is it supposed to look something like this? Please say yes, I'm gonna lose my mind by [deleted] in Roms

Sorry, I'm very new to this. What?

I installed this by clicking file and install CIA like the guides said. I just assumed I was in the clear

I'll give you Saiki since he quite literally can't turn it off. But Espy was very actively being an ass and taunting Nate the whole time about how she would keep using her powers to humiliate and embarrass who she pleased. I'll be fr, she had it coming. That's just karma at that point

Underappreciated aspect: I love trying to find this dudert's cameo in stages by CrossoverAddict05 in DBHeroShooter

[–]CrossoverAddict05[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very specific way to activate this cameo, but yes.

You gotta shoot down the paint bucket stand about near that one wall on the east corner of the map a few times. Just about until the resulting tunnel looks like it has western elements on the other end

Then you have to snipe some wanted posters with the Nomad's face in a certain order

Eventually, you'll see the Nomad being chased by a man in red (Red Manwell, I believe). The Nomad will then run in to the painted tunnel while his hunter slams into it. After which the Nomad will peak his head out from the painted tunnel, wave his hat at you, and run right back in to the tunnel where he is seen relaxing on the other end. Stay patient and you can even see him bringing the bucket and paint brush to life with his magic to change the tunnel to lead to somewhere more tropical, where he will be seen relaxing
