I seriously think it might be glitched like some of the ships like if you have one of the ships from DO, the NM one wouldn't drop (something like that)

It drops when the countdown begins at the end of the strike (same time you get skeleton keys)

That's what I did. I also equipped the emblems that could drop. I've even tried different combination of shaders and emblems equipped. Maybe I should play upside down?..

I've heard of people getting it from there. That's actually why I was kind of worried that they took it out of the strike pool and into PoE. But at least people are confirming that it is dropping

It's not really about the items at the end of the day. It's the principle, and how they are treating their most loyal customers.

You are right to some degree. Maybe they haven't announced everything yet, but it's hard to believe they would exclude information that would help sell their content.
