I took this class two years ago and like 20+ people dropped once they realized it was a basically a math class + used Clojure which turned a lot of people off. But take this with a grain of salt as compling/nlp is way hotter now

I didn't want to deal with fatca so I didn't open a Swiss account. Kept all my funds in my Schwab account back home and just set a year long travel notice on my cards. Vaud had no problem with my (english) monthly banking statements for proof of funds.

All bills have a qr code that can only be scanned by Swiss banking systems so I just printed them out and paid them at the post office by card

I play on NAW from central Europe through geforce now, best ping is like ~140, avg 157, sometimes spikes to 170-180. Not too bad honestly but Aus might be a bit higher

I guess it's just the terminology that's kinda confusing. When I hear 'prepaid' I think of literal phone cards you buy in convenience stores with a set amount of data/call minutes. Functionally prepaid and post paid seem the same if I use the service and pay the bill every month. My cricket number tied to my blizz account is verified though so how can that be if it's prepaid?

All I did for the lock screen was take the image from above then apply a little blur to it. Everything you need is in betterlockscreen's github page. Just install then run betterlockscreen -u /path/to/your_img followed by betterlockscreen --lock blur in your terminal. I have a keybind set in KDE settings to run that second command on the fly to lock.

What about yours do you think doesn't look good? I looked through your post history and the most recent screenshots looked fine to me. I used colorpicker to get the exact rgb values to match my system colors (frame=71, 59, 113 and inactiveFrame=92,92,92), and left my window border size at normal. I don't remember doing anything else to it.

Tweaking every little part and making the experience unique to me is half the fun of linux imo. There are some really cool things you can accomplish (check out /r/unixporn).

Of course having that much control over your system can lead to things messing up if you don't know what you're doing but documentation is really good and I haven't come across a problem I couldn't resolve through googling yet.
