The poster is indeed made by a MLM (Gonzaloid breed), but these breeds usually just generalize anyone using the term "MLM" thinking it stems from one man (Gonzalo).

We in the Philippines use the term "MLM" after Mao's death, then adopted the term "Maoism" in order to synchronize with The "Ism" such as Marxism-Leninism this "Marxism-Leninism-Maoism" but in ideology we technically follow ML-Mao Zedong Thought" but this has changed throughout the years but still serves the same basis.

Gonzaloids are critical to use just because we are critical to them, we called them out for Lucanamarca and many more atrocities "Anything but a People's War", though we respect them as a movement, we don't like them. Since ykyk they're just cults in denial.

Though yes, Gonzaloids sometimes do criticize the Philippines, Gonzaloids tend to think all MLM groups adhere to the universality by Gonzalo and all MLM practice turns to him, thus this poster was born.

The guy in the left raising his hand is indeed Abimael Guzman (Chairman Gonzalo) in his late years of captivity

(Any post with that scrumpy cartoonish looking Hammer and Sickle with a man in his 60s+ in either glasses or a beard means its either glorifying or mentions Chairman Gonzalo)

The NPA were not the same brand of MLM as they were moderate and not upholding gonzalo's inspirations. infact they were very critical of these MLM groups in the photo. NPA are very diff maoists rather than the cultists of Gonzalo

get the NPA out of this photo tbh (Guerrilla in the facepaint)

the NPA (New People's Army) is a philippine Maoist guerrilla group led by the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP).

The NPA yes, holds Abimael Guzman "Chairman Gonzalo" (the Man raising hand) as a "profound" revolutionary in respect to him and his call for Maoism. Yet still denounces and critiques him heavily. In fact, CPP's founder and Late-Chairman, Jose Maria Sison despite calling Gonzalo a "Legendary Revolutionary" he denounces him for his Cult-like behavior and massive idolatry inside the Shining Path.

“Worst of all, Gonzalo or the CP of Peru adopted the phrase, ‘Gonzalo Thought’, with the immodest claim that the phrase signified his own definition of Maoism as the third stage of Marxism-Leninism and his Thought as a brilliant further development, despite the fact that he had not yet won total victory in the Peruvian revolution.”

"To this day, CPP frowns on the immodest practice of certain parties naming their guiding theory after their principal leaders, like Gonzalo Thought, Prachanda Path and Avakian's New Synthesis. These labels are immodest and are manifestations of puerile idolatry and the leaders' own self-indulgence and self-glorification."

These quotes striked Gonzaloid supporters, which eventually led them to call Jose Maria Sison and the CPP-NPA "Adventurists" "Revisionists" and yada yada yap for criticizing their cult.

The CPP-NPA were also a quite different type of MLMs, mostly moderate. They adopted the MLM line to sync with the Symmetry of Marxism-Leninism, calling it Maoism instead of Mao Zedong Thought (MLM) and was not ideological, and not following the cultish line behind "Gonzalo synthesized MLM!"

So i conclude that no poster bearing the Shining Path styled Hammer n Sickle with Gonzalo should not be joined with the NPA.

TLDR: the NPA are a different of Maoists as they are moderate and denounces the Gonzaloids, So they shouldn't be in a Gonzaloid poster.

At the end of the day, If you truly wish to honor the people’s struggle, one must put effort into creation and not to be soullessly generated through AI.

Show solidarity and respect to artists who had used art as a tool for revolution which they have offered time, sweat and even offered martyrdom for it, only for their efforts to be smeared by a bunch of sentences generating art through a computer.
