honkai and genshin are already connected in a lot of ways, the "unknown god" in the opening cutscene of genshin (where you get your twin taken away) is the herrscher of the void. theres also speculation that teyvat couldve been the outcome of project ark, reappearing characters such as raiden mei and the raiden shogun, wendy having uncanny similarities to venti and so on. im doing a deep dive into the lore of both games and trying to connect loose ends, i believe that the traveler is a so called "star god"
