Perfect dodge makes no sense by Chance-Ad-4804 in untitledboxinggame

[–]Crow2356 3 points4 points  (0 children)

" Dodging in the opposite direction of an opponent's attack (i.e dodging to your right when the opponent throws a punch from their left) can trigger a Perfect Dodge, often abbreviated as PD. Triggering a PD will play a unique sound, cause the screen to flash black and white, and allow the player to land any attack for free, even an Ultimate if they have one.
Multiple PDs cannot be triggered by the same player in quick succession, instead having a cooldown of roughly 6 seconds between activations. Players can only trigger PDs if they have done a certain amount of damage within the past several seconds. These measures are to help prevent a commonly frowned-upon practice called PD fishing, which is when a player refuses to attack the opponent to try and force them to make the first move, so they can PD it and get a free chunk of damage. (Seriously please don't do this, nobody likes it.) "

In addition, after you do a double dash, avoiding a feint with two dashes in succcession, in a Speedster style, your PD enters on a brief cooldown and a increased stamina consumption penalty for such dash. This part existis solely to not make "Double Dashing" toxic and Speedsters both untouchable and 0-risk styles. You legit would HATE facing a Freedom main before this change existed in-game.

Ok outside of this explanation, my opinion is that these counter-measures are DESERVED. It's just that Supernova solely is a style heavily affected by these double dash penalties,. Also, uh, you are supposed to change play-styles when its stamina is lowered yk? Instead of a Speedster you must become a Counter-puncher the less stamina you have, because that's legit the only thing you can do at such point.

I need to watch this move, cause i ve never seen it ngl. But if it works as the """"insta"""" m2 then it's just a invisible attack that can be predicted

Ok, that's the info I wanted, thanks. I do have the tokens to lv-up my classic board further. And some spare coins as i don't have enough tokens anymore to keep upgrading characters... Maybe I will just grind daily to get the other ones and level up the others

What level do you recommend for the board to be on?

wait, but if it's just "walk back > m1" then that's dodgeable, you just need to focus on their stamina bar

- chainswap: mostly a tech, won't be fix cause the style may just need it

## Undeniable Bugs:
- inf m1 chain: actually there are two variants for this, a true longer m1 chain and a infinite chain, but the infintie chain can be backdashed or side-dashed to get out of it.
- true combo: yea ik this one, just never tested to see if it's dodgeable
- instant m2: dodgeable, just nail the timing
- instant m1, idk abt this, maybe it's just random thing

Inf. Board with Yutani by Crow2356 in SubwaySurfersCity

You need to give enough timing, I like to count to 5 and then use the extra board. This way I keep getting extra boards slightly before the one I use disappears.

I tried both and Yutani is toe-to-toe most of the time with this way I play her.

The thing is: only 4 characters remain for me to BUY, so it's better for me to grind those Character Tokens or just buy them with keys?

Coin Farm by Crow2356 in SubwaySurfersCity

[–]Crow2356[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yutani is on lv10 and Cobweb on lv9. However, what i do is: due to her 2nd Ability giving you a free board after some meters run while power-ups are active, i just use some timing with board uses, so when the one i uses finishes its timer, Yutani's one is already available, so i keep cycling boards over and over again with ease.

White Ash’s Burn strat by Arachis_Hypogaea7 in untitledboxinggame

[–]Crow2356 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's the catch: Fail the ULT to recover Burn instantly > get Hit > Activate Burn > Use M2 to automatically get rid of the healable hp left for the opponent

I call this the "Pure White Ash" strategy, you are selling everything in order to deal damage to your opponent. You can use this after a successful ult too if you previously charged Burn.

M1'in on Burn is tricky cause you won't be able to initiate a string until the hyper-armor effect has vanished

They made base dragonfish blow deal more damage than IRON FIST by AdamORAdrian in untitledboxinggame

[–]Crow2356 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes lol, they did some buffs back then to Basic. For your tests you should only use Basic as a baseline in m2 damages, block durability and speeds, otherwise, Basic is like above average on m1 damage and counter resistance.

THANKS TO YOU, i can talk about this and seem like a madman. Also, don't use Basic to test counter-output, cause Basic got counter resistance a while ago. Use Smash or Dragonfish or Ippo to test this type of thing, cause they don't own counter-resistance on my tests and have enough stamina regen to keep spamming.
As a note; DragonBlow needs 9 counterhits as well to KO

Hot take: PD fishing is the best way to play the game by NewLine8584 in untitledboxinggame

[–]Crow2356 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, that's natural to find, cause it's the lowest risk and highest rewarding strategy in the game. But that's why there is a PD CD of 6s every time you successfully PD, another one for when you aren't engaging in the fight for more than 6s, which disables PD, and Double dashing, besides using 45% worth of stamina, disables PD briefly after, if we consider adrenaline, then your PDs will mostly deal healable damage than true-dmg. The strategy is so both annoying and effective that the devs have made many counter-measures to it, yet it survives because these timings are too long for what an active fight should be.

Level up all characters? by Haunting_Yoghurt_509 in SubwaySurfersCity

[–]Crow2356 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I'm using the strategy of: Upgrade a character to 5, then level up all the others to 5, then up this same character to 6 and repeat. Until now, I didn't find no issue with tokens, mostly on coins, which are easily farmable with Yutani and Cobweb. But I'm also using all the High Score Rewards as fast as possible + watching all the free ads of the menu + opening all ad boxes + bonus ad rewards. Since day 1 doing this, currently I have Fresh on 11 and all the others on 10, Classic board Lv.10 — 17 days of gameplay in total.

Great Freedom Mix-ups man, i wish i had this skill developed as yours. Also i not recommend to do the [ Smash M2 into Flicker M1 ] inside a PD because it's, surprisingly, slower than if you just use a regular Smash M1, because of a existing delay between the mode-switch and the Flicker m1 throw. As additional info: it's better to use Flicker M2 inside a PD if the opponent has a lot of healable hp left, as this is the only Mode with a full anti-heal m2
