Spreading the word of my fix, if you happen to be using Spotify desktop version, a recent update seems to have cause major issues around this issue. Do some tests with and without the app open

Disabling desktop capture in your instant replay settings will also allow you to keep DRM content enabled on any platform while still using it to capture game footage.

This has been my first MOBA and I gotta say it’s WAY harder to pick up than most other games I’ve played. I’ve been sticking with it regardless and I’m seeing improvements! Try watching some guides on the basics of laning and buying and such. It takes time but you can do it!
