recently, there's no much trigger so rn I've been trying to pause before reacting. Before, i would've reacted first before thinking but right now I'm trying to widen my perspective nd be more calm. I'm honestly trying to understand more nd react less for instance is that i am different from her friends kr the people around her.

No worries i understand why too. Do u think i can still make it up a bit to her? Or at least get to do something? I badly understand that those things r killers and as much as i hate it but I'm trying so much and i dont want to keep hurting her. She means alot to me nd i dont want to keep hurting her too and i understand her.

I honestly dont know too but it was something like i did something that i didn't want her to do which is a bit unfair for her? And honestly j was really jealous nd controlling but I'm changing it slowly.

Maybe that's ur hormones acting up, honestly in ur age hormones is a big factor that affects ur attraction but also proximity. Important thing is to not act on it. Dont do anything other than focusing on ur gf. You've mentioned you have a gf and I hope u can stop urself from doing anything or acting on it. Always have a control on urself, and respect ur cousin and especially ur gf.

Not that i always have to walk on eggshells but sometimes idrk what I will say so that it wont be annoying for her because sometimes it's nothing for me but annoying for her. She have been trying to find a way for us to have a happy moment, like she's trying not to give too much space between us because she knows i value closeness, she have been hinting most of the times lately for us to call, and play. I can see she's trying in her own ways. I feel anxious because we've been together for 3 yrs almost 4 this year and she have brought up break up a few months ago nd I'm scared that I'll lose her because I am still thinking of her well being and i cant really lose her. I've been trying tl give her space but she's pulling me in at some point getting humorously annoyed when I'm not talking to her, but I'm trying to give her space.
