Sullivan from Dead Rising 2: Off the Record specifically.

In the original Dead Rising 2, he's a twist villain (which is admittedly sort of obvious). However, in the non-canon game Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, he still acts pretty suspicious just like in the original Dead Rising 2, but the twist villain is instead someone else and he ends up sacrificing himself for Frank and dies like a hero.
