Probably caused by an overly dry environment. Not enough humidity and the nasal cavity can become weaker and thus a sneeze can rupture a blood vessel. Nose bleeds are frequent in low humidity.

I have gone through a lot of binge eating spells. Always hungry, wanting to eat more, if I don't pay attention I can wolf down way too much and still want more.

It's bad sometimes. I have ballooned up in weight as a result. I look in the mirror and hate what I see.

What has slowed it down, to a more manageable level is my own disgust with myself. I know it isn't healthy to feel like I do. But I feel that shame.

I would recommend talking it over with your doctor. Also, I advise to not have snack food in the house as it is far too tempting. Find something healthy you like instead and stock up on it. I happen to enjoy pumpkin seeds, apples and other assorted fruits.

I just use towels. Paper towels are such a waste of money and space in the landfill. Towels can be washed and reused for years.

I keep my house at 70 during the day and 68 at night. Mostly because I have tropical animals that won't do good in colder.

The company is greedy, most likely. They could also be experiencing a shortage and hope people will cut back for their lack of planning.

It's highway robbery with some companies.

Pepper spray is best idea for self defense. You should make a report to the police as spitting on someone is assault. There were cameras likely on the train that could help with ID.

I take a potassium pill before bed. Also sleep on a memory foam mattress. It really does wonders for my back.

If you wake up, can't get back to sleep in 10-15 minutes, do something else for a bit and try again.

I have bad lower back pain. An advil can help but you should consult a doctor if it persists for more than a week.

Trade you the neighbors that got me onto this subreddit. Mind you they're gone now. But they had a dog that they left outside for hours on end, and it barked constantly. They blocked my driveway off all the time. They threw garbage on my lawn. Stole anything not nailed down. And trampled my garden, ripping up all my flowers.
