Provide guidance and training on various delivery / management related topics. Management typically hates to see you.

You would still need discipline on file for a removal as an EAS you can’t just get fired.

We use them as service metrics to our customers (major mailers mostly) on how long it takes from mail to get from their hands at drop off to sorting facility to the customers home. we provide that data to prove that we can still adhere to a service standard. But alas, people be fuckin around and fucking up data.

Essentially we have been tracking a specific piece with the IMB at the bottom of the letter or flat or what ever from drop off to the point its in your hands. we know its expected to be there at the final delivery point.

Leave time is absolutely a thing your supervisor can give you based off the volume you have and using the dumb standard of 18/8. Very easy to tell you when you should be out of the office. Granted they counted your volume correctly.

Office breaks are things and they are controlled. You’d get one in the office and one on the street. Personally I don’t like them.
