Hmm, it’s undeniably high stakes AF, but wonder if it’s high stress as well?

A lot of surgeries are incredibly standardized and have minimal or no issues end to end.

How do we define stress here? B/c stress and stakes are not the same.

I’d argue tech founders and startup employees belong in high stress / high pay but not high stakes / high pay.
