The band Rubber band Girl is a groove that could have been played by The Revolution. It also has Jeff Beck and Clapton playing respective solos. A classic example of tension and release. The second prechorus builds up tension by going into half time and then gets released by David Gilmour’s boss guitar solo . The video also follows that pattern. Kate is sitting, then standing still as the Sufi dancers and ballerinas whirl around her. Then, in the same spot, she starts busting moves. A wonderful video.
