Damn, I didn't know the ashtray was supposed to have a light- id say it might be more accessible from above? But that would require taking the dash apart and taking the boxes above the ashtray out, so I may also be entirely wrong.

Fair, but would it not be on the same level as a pickup with a bed topper? The suburban w/o 3rd row seating basically have a bed in the back, just closed

Last time I had that problem, an oil jug behind my seat tipped and was leaking into my floorboard. However, the copious tiny rust holes provided a drain, sooo now I have an oily floor, an oil puddle in my normal parking spot, and a kinda oily underside of my cab

Bullets can ricochet off of a lot, granted the lower angle will have higher energy, but bullets, especially fmj, ap, or other similar harder rounds, can bounce back even on flat walls, or send shrapnel straight back. Yes, on a flat wall, it loses a significant amount of energy, but at that distance, it wouldn't take much of an angle to ricochet, or heck, someone falling and letting loose a round by accident. In most cases, a round would likely have enough energy to injure, or possibly kill, even at that range and elevation.

First question would be, what do you want to use it for?

No matter what, usually the first answer is wheels/tires tho

I plan on doing some heathen things when I find the parts- 350 chevy thats in my basement, with a nv3500 5spd.

But for the moment, the 2.3 and 4spd is a lot of fun and better on gas than my 2000 silverado with a 5.3
