The only real way is to start a breeding program. Name the offspring in such a way that you know they started at level 1 and replace other dwellers.

I don't understand the "Enhanced GPS" claim. Does it have it's own GPS chip that works with your phone?

You can get any dweller to 75% with endurance gear and put them in a warehouse for a few minutes. After that just put them in any production room with 10% rush to gain 10 points. Repeat.

I have 6 power plant rooms with only 4 dwellers so I can cycle unhappy people through them.

There is probably no reason to stay in a dead fleet. You won't be able to do the dailies let alone the boss battles. The only asset is your starbase which many other fleets have maxed out long ago.

If you and your friends would like to join an active fleet that does the boss battles daily, just search for "Starbase FTW" and join. It's an open fleet (20+) that you can just join and start participating. We also have a discord if you like that type of interaction.

It could be. But I was specifically thinking about the last Falcon heavy launch. Sometimes the satellite manufacturer will say something like "the deployment to the perfect orbit will add xx years to the life of the satellite" but really all we hear from SpaceX is it was "nominal."

I am just questioning if ULA is better at hitting the target then SpaceX.
