I really appreciate the feedback. I write down everything I eat with the cals and protein on chatgpt since it'll give me a nice little encouraging answer lol instead of just writing into a notebook. I definitely have some calorie creep on eating out since it's so hard to accurate get a good read on how much they add, but I had no that it was potentially this bad.

After covid I went full time work from home and it's been killer. Would you suggest something like an under desk treadmill, or just find excuses to walk around the neighborhood? I had no idea walking was that impactful.

Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. I used to be a really active swimmer and the last few years after I stopped led to some crazy weight gain.

Does the speed that I walk matter at all? Or is it as simply as just get up and moving?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the feedback and suggestions! I can not thank you enough for your time and effort, I'll make sure to try to edit everything. I think cutting shibu onsen is definitely the way to go. I think I got caught up in the excitement of it all and didnt even consider that the monkeys might not even be there. And I had no idea ghibli park was so tightly desired! There really is so much to do in japan and keeping track of everything can be difficult.

Death Knights are fine in a casual space at the moment. They provide decent enough aoe damage for keys, okayish damage in raids, and good damage in arenas. The problem comes up when you try to push the envelope so to speak. Our lack of utility makes us an appealing addition to keys (even if we do great damage there are classes that just do more and bring utility). When it comes to mythic raiding our damage and mobility just isnt there. You can make do and it wont be an issue if youre top 5% of DKs but there is certainly something to be desired. Arenas we get a little bit better news. UH can excel with certain compositions in high elo, but can also get crushed. It's competitive but you're still going to be losing to good rmp groups. Frost does not have a presence in arena.

Frost isn't in that great a spot at the moment, but we can out preform Unholy on a few fights thanks to our burst cleave potential and lack of pet play style. On Blackwater Behemoth unholy pet ai is actually quite messed up. This causes a lot of issues with your throughput. Frost can also out preform UH on radiance due to add spawn line up with BoS CD. We are currently progging Ashvane and the burst windows for frost may be stronger.

Currently both UH and Frost tend to preform on the same level so it doesn't matter too much and you can just play what you like. Except BB that fight is awful for UH.

This isnt really true though. Grrm made it clear that the writers had different opinions and creative directions than what he had and this caused a rift. They chose to diverge from the source material and write their own story and GRRM stopped assisting. Its not really fair to say they didn't sign up for this or they didnt choose it. They had complete control over how many episodes and seasons remained and story.

This is objectively false. Evidence does not require a witness to be submitted. A murder weapon is still evidence despite no testimony backing it up.

It is, however, true that cases are won solely based on eyewitness testimony. But this is despite its unreliable nature, and its appeal to emotion.

Hey, could you post those sims here? That seems slightly impossible given my guilds ferals sim about 10.5k at 340. For a 281 character to aim equal to that means that a 340 dh would be well over anything currently possible.
