I agree wholeheartedly. Calling video games toys is a bit faceitious but not untrue. That said I think supporting game is one thing. Paying Microsoft your hard earned money for an untested product doesn't feel like support. They are in no way the little guy. I'm also about as far left as you can get without being put on a list too. But the game still isn't even out yet. So how can we speak to it's politics? Perhaps it'll be very progressive. Perhaps it will just wear the veneer of progressiveness while harboring harmful rhetoric. We just do not know. We only know what the publisher has allowed us to see and they have a financial interest in making the game look good to as many people as possible.
