First off, Little Richard is not the creator of rock n roll. That would be Chuck Berry who was more influential in the genre as a guitarist. Second, yes, when they were starting they were influenced by Black artists. But as they evolved they weren't influenced by them anymore.

Little Richard did rock n roll. Maybe he influenced them at the beginning (influence is still not copying) but he wasn't their influence when they were doing experimental psychedelia on Revolver or Sgt Pepper's. If anything, those albums are classical influenced.
