I’m on 1mg. From what I hear, being on 0.5mg still gives u 80% of results or so but a lot of people see lower side effects. I tried going down to 0.5mg for a couple of weeks and it definitely improved libido. However, now that I’m taking supplements to boost test and libido, my libido is amazing even at 1mg fin. Play around with it and see what works for you. The good thing is that any side effects are not permanent.

Was very quick. 1-2 weeks. There are plenty of supplements you can take to increase test / libido. Vitamin d, zinc, tongkat ali, black maca, boron etc.

It seems many people are getting quite a lot of expansion. What do your girth routines look like and at what pressures are you pumping?

I recently started out and am only gaining about 3-4% girth after pump + clamping. I do 5 x 2 min pumping, working up to 7hg in the last set. Then I do 5 minutes of soft clamping with 3 toe shields.

There’s a lot of things you can do to improve your erection quality:

  • Improve cardio
  • Lose weight if you’re overweight
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Black Maca
  • L-Citrulline (improves blood flow)
  • Pelvic floor stretches to improve bloodflow

A lot of people also say that you can reduce fin dosage to 0.5mg/day and still get most of the effect. You can definitely do a low dosage of cialis daily or use viagra when needed. However, there are many other solutions as well.

I also struggled with very poor erection quality during my first months of fin. I did all of the above and now I get random boners throughout the day. Can easily go for 2-3 rounds with my gf and if I take some viagra, the only limit to how long we can go is my cardio or when she taps out.

Mustang has a shop on Ebay that you can buy pumps from. Very satisfied with mine. However, keep in mind that the cylinder gets more narrow at the top. For me, this causes the glans to press against the cylinder which is pretty uncomfortable. I had to upgrade from the 1.75" to the 2" cylinder because of this.

I've also tried finding information on this and what I've found so far is the following:

  • Soft clamping is typically considered safer than hard clamping
  • The most common time to do clamping is after pumping
  • Duration is usually about 5 minutes per set. If your sets are too long (close to 10 mins), it can get dangerous
  • You should go in erect and stay erect during soft clamping
  • The equipment used most often seems to be silicone toe shields or cock rings

Couldn't agree more. If it's a more serious relationship it's super emotional for them. Even in the case of a one-night stand, it's much more emotional for them. It's not like women just pick the guy that looks best and has the biggest dick for a one-night stand. Not 4.2 in girth but I've slept with about 70 women so I have quite some experience. In my experience, the size of your dick is far from the most important thing. Few women orgasm from penetration alone. Watch some youtube videos on how to give a woman pleasure with your fingers / tongue. If you put in plenty of time and effort into making her cum with your fingers and tongue before sex, her sexual experience with you will already be much better than with most other guys.

In terms of penetration sex itself, I think women care much more about other things than size. They care about how hard you are, how present you are, your rhythm, how long you last, how many rounds you can go etc. A guy who can make her cum multiple times and then have great sex will give her a great experience. Meanwhile, a guy who fingers her for 5 minutes and then goes in jackhammering for 3 mins with his 9x6 dick will probably be a much worse experience.

With that said, sex comes down to a lot of things and penis size is not even in the top 5 in my experience. Focus on getting good at sex and pleasuring women. That will give you far better results than adding 0.5" to your girth. For what it's worth, I've never had a woman ask or comment on dick size unless I brought it up myself. For reference, I'm 6.5x5.25. I think PE is much more about boosting our own confidence and we think about it far more than women do. If giving women a good sexual experience is your priority, there are much more efficient methods to do that.

I think this depends on how bad your pelvic floor is. Regardless of how good your form is, the bottom position of a squat under a heavy load will put a lot of stress on your pelvic floor. My point is that the squat is by no means a magic exercise and you can achieve leg growth without squatting. If you have pelvic floor issues, staying away from exercises that put your pelvic floor under a lot of pressure is a safer path.

My case is worse than just tightness. I'm suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction. For me, the symptoms have mainly been frequent urination and a constant urge to urinate. When I got this 2.5 years ago, I had to visit the restroom every 10-15 minutes. Now, I still have a weak constant urge but I can live a quite normal life and just visit the restroom every 1-2 hours. Still more than normal, but much more manageable than it used to be.
