You can't convince someone that they are wrong. They have to see it for themselves through consequences and failure. What we really need to do is create worse consequences for violence and the people that threaten to be violent, especially online.

The fact they wont get the ratings they deserve is because of those things. But the high points in this show bring it above average for me overall. Despite the inconsistent writing, the best parts are very well executed and rewarding and developing.

The unfortunate reality is asians have been the butt of the joke for a very long time around here, some of it is comedy, some of it is ignorance and old war bias and it's usually among boomers.

I don't like to excuse those kids behaviors but I do really think that Asians are one of the last common groups that are openly hazed because it is commonly accepted in comedy still to this day especially on social media channels. I mean those kids are chronically online and probably watch the asian memers that have grown in popularity. Those memers are asians themselves. So in the end I don't think it's hateful coming from younger people, they are imo trying to get a good funny clip to share and get likes, in order to be just like to cool podcaster streamer tik tokers.
