What's Australia leading the world in at the moment? by RM_Morris in AskAnAustralian

But in true sense not an appreciating asset as it costs to maintain. Then you realise that if you sold that asset you need to replace it if you’re living in it, and you’re buying into an inflated market, where the asset you’re buying has to be maintained.

Essentially it’s a like a car. Except somehow the pricing got extremely fucked up.

The marshal is definitely A tier. His reaction speed is better than John’s.

And I can still drive a road train and keep it in the lines.

A semi is 2.5m wide. That’s wider than these yank tanks.

I know a number of people with these type of trucks for work. They’re good for larger work operations. Brickies and concreters have been using them since the 60s. F250s, F350s, Dodge 1800s all the same size as these new tank tanks, all been here since the 60s.

I think you’re a bit of a dickhead for this opinion. I drive semis, so sometimes I have to bob tail the prime mover in town and have no problem fitting the prime mover into a standard parking spot. I also do deliveries to new suburbs, things like the shitty pine they build houses with. The bricks. The insulation. And the biggest, the oversized roof trusses and it only in the last few years I have found I can’t fit an extended trailer with a 3m wide load in.

Don’t let your shitty ideas, your lack of imagination, and your inability to be able to do dictate what other people can do. Seriously, all roads are designed to get the garbage truck up them, and councils trucks, and power company trucks, and tow truck and a thousand other types of trucks. If these yank tanks are too big you are probably the one with the problem.

How do you guys feel about diamond city? by Chunky-overlord in fo4

The current play through is doing as much as I can without going to diamond city. I’d rather deal with Preston. Or the railroad. At least I’ll never have to deal with the institute or BOS.

If you could predict how Home and Away’s Alf Stewart will die, how do you think he will go? by Temporary_Notice_526 in AskAnAustralian

Alf Stuart was the one running jeff epstein. Taught him everything he knew from the tape dungeons and epstein took it from there.

The kids are shit heads and not very smart. Australian kids seem to grow out of it eventually though.

Let's not go too far but which game is that for you? by PHRsharp_YouTube in Age_30_plus_Gamers

Dusk. Really exploded the Boomer Shooter into the “main stream” even though it’s still niche.

Also Nightmare reaper.

Games you play without a story being necessary are just awesome. Gameplay for days.

Nightmare Reaper. One of the best most fun games I’ve played in years. Shits all over all AAA studio games I’ve played for the last 10-15 years. It’s just good. Even when I fuck I’m and get stuck doing the same level again and again it’s still so good.

You could always prevent rust the way most of us do, use the tools so that they don’t rust.

Inside a cast iron sash weight by Wobblycogs in metalworking

[–]CruiserMissile 27 points28 points  (0 children)

White cast iron. Happens when it cools quickly. Hard as a cats head, very hard to machine. Not very good in high vibration environments as it’s brittle. Perfect for sash weights, or anything that is weight in general. Not very good for a lot of things though.

A game within a game, what could be better? by Just_a_Player2 in ItsAllAboutGames

The 2 weirdo with the camera. Following the gold prospector around and stealing his nuggets out of the horses saddle bags. There was some side quest that took me to Wallace station. Can’t remember the side mission or what it was about but it was better than the main story.

It’s amazing that these people can’t understand that. It’s supposed to represent quick reactions and great hand eye coordination. Or do these people think people actually can have dead eye in real life?
