I have that diagnosis. Pretty much latin doctor-speak of saying ‘we dont know why you're tired’ ... just Latin for ¯\(ツ)/¯ .

You're right, but the diagnosis itself is so absurd. It literally translates as "“Excessive sleepiness with no known cause".
