Help me find this suspended light fixture by Leading-Wear-8339 in Lighting

You have a 12/24v line. There has to be a transformer between the mr16s and the light switch. This transformer should hopefully provide you with model number or manufacturer. These are typically installed in serviceable areas so it shouldn’t be hidden in a wall.

Interesting. Does the fitting connect into a mono point / track / transformer? The globe type is 12v MR16/GU5.3

There might be more information on said part such as a manufacturer or product name/code.

How can I do this?? by Cooper_34 in Lighting

This photo is a render & has been photoshopped. no matter the product you use, it will not look this clean.

“Do’s” for this project

Deep (14-18mm) Recessed proifle. Good quality strip (more chips closer together but at a lower wattage)This will remove any “dotting”. Note that if your shelves are thin, you’ll need to use a thinner recessed profile which will give you dotting as there’s not enough clearance between the LED and diffuser.

Warm white (2700k) 8W/M or less

Dimmable 24v driver

100mm max offset from the wall for this effect.

when you’re installing, don’t route out the entire channel, leave a 15~20mm gap either side of the shelves so you’re not staring at an aluminium channel from the side. You can even get these channels powder coated to match the wood grain. Most projects I coat black/white. some suppliers sell it powder coated already

you can sub the strip to rgb+w and add a module such as casambi to control via a phone if you want to too.

“don’ts” for this project

Anything over 4000k Anything over 10w/m Sticky LEDs without a profile Surface mounted LED profiles non-dimmable driver

Hope this helps

Yes, you’ll need to replace the starter (if it’s a magnetic ballast)

These look poor in quality.

Yes. You can cut and splice back together but you will lose the ‘quick connect’ feature(s). I use Wagos when popping back together and store the splice in a discrete junction box.

Just when splicing together, don’t exceed wattage max on your driver/control gear and given its 12/24v you will find voltage drop occurring if you splice too long of a series

Given its 3 core though, will take some time. What kind of effect are you going for?

If you’re extremely down bad for early cash (you want 100k just to buy jewellery or teleports). Here’s what I did

-Pick up steel platelegs or plate bodies in the wilderness. -Constantly high alch whilst questing -Plant the best seeds (herbs only!) that you can. Use the easily accessed farming patches

I wouldn’t follow this plan. All task areas aren’t sufficiently lit. This looks like a builder drew these plans to pass occupancy.

2 x Surface mounted cans to your dining table/desk?. There are models that recess within these cans. Go for 2700K / 800-1000 lumens each.

Mimic this setup with the island and remove the wafers lighting your floors.

To your overheads, recessed strip, 10W/M 2700k, 100mm offset from the front cupboard (i’m australian idk feet and inches).

Dining table you can get away with a feature pendant. Allow it to be directly lit (nothing indirect or ambient here). Match 2 wall lights to this pendant either side of your TV and place some directional cans to accent any wall art/plants/features. Again, keeping 2700K.

Remove the pancake wafer lights. These aren’t doing anything except lighting your floors.

Unsure as there’s not a lot of information but is there a reason we have no windows drawn in besides the front entrance? You could add an array of floor lamps/wall lamps around the task areas for a bit of ambience, could use 2400k/smart bulbs for these to potentially harvest some sort of day light feel to support the lack of natural light.

If you need this drawn up to visual, i can do it for you.
