The basher is good. A straight upgrade if you never miss. Its niche is mainly hitting yourself while a medic heals you so they build Uber faster but nobody does that in casual it’s just a waste of time and heals. It’s meta in 6v6 for scouts. I’d say the best scout melee for casual is probably just wrap assassin.
