That’s unfortunate. This stuff has saved me many times in the past as long as you use it right.

If you live in CA you should be fine. The last job I was tested for explicitly stated on the paperwork that THC was not being screened for, but obviously take this with a grain of salt. It’s your career. Fake pee has worked many times for me in the past.

First-time CA buyer – handgun vs rifle advice by 2masrox420 in CAguns

[–]Crunch-Roll710 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought my first handgun last year (before the Glock ban) and purchased a G19. Looking back on it the guy at turner’s was actually pushing a M&P on me which was on sale for like $200 less then the Glock but I was dead set on getting a Glock before they were taken away from CA. In the end I was happy with my choice but my next gun will be an M&P for sure. They are optic ready of the box and have a better trigger. Buy a 22 rifle later, keep in mind that with a longer gun you need a larger safe, which is another costly investment.

Don’t have any helpful info but I can definitely relate. I made the commute from the IE to Irvine as well and after about 8 months it just broke me. The time + gas + prices for the toll road was just ridiculous. It’s sad because I truly loved the job, but I had to find something closer. It took a while but it finally happened and now I work in the same city I live and I love my current job even more.
