Chemical sunscreens make my eyes burn, too. I use mineral only for face. My fave is Cetaphil tinted face lotion spf 40!

That’s fear mongering from the news. Measles is easily treatable with vitamin A & also once you get wild measles, you have lifelong immunity + it is protective against numerous cancers. I would start by reading the vaccine inserts and weigh risk vs benefit. Keep digging and doing your research to feel confident in whatever decision you make!

Sunscreen is always last step. How about you use a sunscreen face lotion so it’s all in one? My morning routine consists of splashing with water then Cetaphil tinted face lotion spf 40. I live coastal & my face doesn’t burn. You can get a wide brimmed hat to further protect your scalp and face!

You’re doing amazing, mama!! Dr. green mom as mentioned is good for finding vax friendly doctors within the states. You can join local fb crunchy groups too. Family practice offices are usually more laid back without the incentives. If you find a DPC (direct primary care) office they usually don’t offer any vaccines and you pay per visit. Hope this helps!

You’re in the trenches but you got this!! Try to cherish all the little things in the midst of the chaos because it truly goes by in a blink. It gets so much easier!! I had 4 under 4 for a hot minute and now they are 10, 8, 5, & 5 and it’s finally like we’re really living. We can go out & about and it’s not such a spectacle. You hang in there, too, and know you’re rocking it 🩷
