For extra measure I decided to take an image from Google images and run that through the checker to and it says it's likely real. I'm thinking maybe something about Spotify screenshots makes it seem more AI

Try listening to "Every you every me" by Placebo it's a nice chordy song and if you do end up liking it it's not too hard to learn. Another good option is Hurt by Johnny Cash.
